What is your Return Policy?

Pioneer's return policy is 30 days from receipt of the item.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in like-new condition and in the original packaging.

If your product is customized or personalized, a restocking fee may apply.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping to Pioneer.
